Our gluten-free quick & tasty easy meal kits are made in-house using the best produce & ingredients with no artificial colour, flavour and chemical preservatives. They are made with quality, authenticity and a simplified reheating process in mind which make them super-easy to prepare. Just reheat, add your preferred proteins & veggies, and eat. No further seasoning is generally required.

They can also be kept frozen for several months perfect for those nights you just want something fast, delicious, and comforting meals.

Authentic Thai Green Curry Sauce

The most well-known and a crowd favourite Thai curry. Our authentic Thai green curry sauce is made with our classic Thai green curry paste, 12 hours simmered chicken stock, natural seasonings, and pure coconut cream. Great for any type of meats, seafood as well as mushrooms, tofu, or any vegetables. 

Traditional Coconut Tom Yum Soup

This tom yum soup is based on our family recipe. It is a richer type of tom yum soup with complex flavour which benefits from our very own fragrant chilli jam. It has been pre-seasoned to the traditional taste. No further seasoning apart from adding freshly squeezed lime juice towards the end of your cooking if preferred.

Saffron & Coconut Rice

This is an elevated version of Thai coconut rice. It is our signature product that complement the range.

Classic Green Curry Paste

Our classic green curry paste is made with authentic Thai chillies known for its spicy flavour and a beautiful floral aftertaste. The curry made with our classic green curry paste will have a lighter, fresher and spicier taste. It can also be used for marinates, stir-fries and fried rice. Suitable for chicken, beef, prawns and game meats.

Aromatic Red Curry Paste

Our aromatic red curry paste contributes a milder but richer and more complex character to curries. We achieve this by carefully combining a special selection of ingredients, comprising of a unique type of dried chilli for the glossy red sheen, fresh kaffir lime fruit for its citrus lift and our very own hand-processed spice blend for the additional depth. It can also be used for both steamed and saucy curries as well as stir-fries.  Ideal for red meats, duck, chicken, scallops and white fish.

Wild Ginger Stir Fry Paste

Our Wild Ginger Stir Fry paste is made using the rare Thai wild ginger. This paste is vegetarian-friendly, easy to use and does not require coconut cream. It is the mildest paste in our curry paste range. Suitable for stir-frying, marinating & BBQ as well as a dipping sauce.

Salad Dressings, Sauces & More

Prawns, Coconut & Peanut Salad Dressing

This is our signature salad dressing. To maintain the authenticity and integrity of our signature dressing we use the tradtional cooking method.  Each ingredient has been carefully  prepared and cooked separately first before being combined together for further cooking and final reduction process.

It can be used as the dressing for betel leaf starters (miang) or simply as a delicious dressing for many salads. 

To use, warm the signature salad dressing gently then add the lime juice, mix well before dressing your salads.

Everyday Salad Dressing

Our everyday salad dressing has been made using the best ingredients. It has a well-balanced sweet-sour-salty taste. Apart from being not spicy at all it is also gluten free and can be used to dress any type of salad. For additional lift, add freshly squeezed lime juice and some fresh chillies to the dressing and mix well before dressing your salad.

Is great to be used as a dipping sauce, salad dressing as well as for stir-fries. Gluten Free

Fragrant Chilli Jam

Base on our family recipe, this fragrant chilli jam is by far the most complex product to make from the range. The process itself generally takes several days up to a week to complete. And it is all done by hand, small batches at a time. 
It is great for everything from using to make Tom yum soup base, salad dressings, stir fries or even serving it with bacon & eggs, toast, etc.
